If you changed your mind or for any other reason you are not happy with the product that you have chosen, there is the possibility of change or return within 15 days from the delivery date.
Basic requirement for the change is the jewellery to be in the same condition as you received and not be worn.
The right to change a product is valid only once per order.
You have the right to return the jewellery that you bought within 15 days of their delivery date, with their packing and the accompanying documents like the receipt, the guarantee e.t.c.
In case of returning, you are charged with the refund costs.
